How to fix it?

1. Check your Internet connection
3. Turn off your mobile’s location settings or services
If you are using a mobile device, turn off your device’s location settings before connecting to Turbo VPN.
- For iOS devices
Settings》Privacy&Security》Location Services
Tap Turn Off to disable location services for all apps.
- For Android devices
Settings》Privacy》Permission Management》Permission》Location
At the top right corner, disable location services for all apps.
4. Connect to a matching server
Connect to the VPN server location that corresponds to the region or country where the app, website, or online service is accessible.
5. Clear the app cache/browser cookies in your settings
Clearing the app cache/browser cookies can reset customized settings or preferences that might have been causing conflicts with the VPN connection.
