If you experience any issue while accessing the Netflix website or app, kindly refer to the steps below, which will help you locate and resolve your problem.
1. Check and ensure you are using the latest version
We are constantly optimizing and making improvement on our software to ensure you are protected against the latest security and privacy vulnerabilities. By updating to the latest version, you could enjoy enhanced speeds and better services whenever you are using Turbo VPN.
2. Check your internet connection
You could test your internet speeds without connecting to VPN and try to stream with the VPN disabled. If the speed test shows slow or poor connection, a conclusion may come that it’s the internet rather than the VPN results in the failure for connecting to your wished server. You could connect under different operator providers (mobile network, home Wi-Fi or office Wi-Fi).
3. Change connection mode
Sometimes, VPN protocols will have difficulty keeping a strong connection. If you are using Automatic / Open VPN (which we generally recommend), you could try connecting over IPSec / ikev2 or SSR protocols. However, we recommend sticking with Automatic/OpenVPN whenever you can for the best experience.
If all else fails, please do not hesitate to contact our 24/7 Customer Support. We are continuously testing and optimizing our service to meet users’ expectation.
