Users who are connected to the VPN but can't stream Netflix can follow this guide.
Note: For streaming content, please make sure you connect to our related streaming servers instead of the general servers. For example, if you want to watch U.S.-specific content on Netflix, connect to a U.S.-based Netflix server.
Follow the steps below to solve this issue. Skip the following steps if solved.
-
Update to the latest version
We constantly improve our software to ensure it is as stable and effective as possible.
If you’re not running the most current version, you might have some stability issues.
If at all possible, allow automatic updates to your Turbo VPN software.
-
Sometimes, VPN protocols will have difficulty keeping a strong connection.
If you are using Automatic / Open VPN (which we generally recommend), you could try connecting over ISSR/ IPSec / Ikev2. However, we recommend sticking with Automatic whenever you can for the best experience.
