Update to the latest version

If at all possible, allow automatic updates to your Turbo VPN software.

Sometimes, VPN protocols will have difficulty keeping a strong connection.
If you are using Automatic / Open VPN (which we generally recommend), you could try connecting over ISSR/ IPSec / Ikev2. However, we recommend sticking with Automatic whenever you can for the best experience.

Clear cache and sign in again
- Log out of your Amazon Prime Video account and close the app.
- Clear the Amazon Prime Video cache in the settings.
- Connect to your desired country of Amazon Prime Video Streaming Server in Turbo VPN.
- Relaunch Amazon Prime Video and sign in to your Amazon Prime Video account.
