Turbo will email you a copy of the receipt. Kindly search the email "email@example.com" in your inbox or spam folder if you did not receive it.
App Store Subscription
You will receive email receipts for all digital purchases made in the App Store and iTunes. If you do not receive it, please request a copy of the receipt via the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name, then tap iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in.
- Scroll to Purchase History and tap it.
- Find the item, then tap Total Billed.
- To send yourself a new email receipt, tap Resend.
Note: You can’t send a receipt for a free item.
Google Play Subscription
You will get a confirmation email from Google Play for all the purchases you made in Google Play Store. If you can’t find your confirmation email, you can get a receipt online:
- Visit pay.google.com/ and sign in with your Google Account.
- On the left, click Activity.
- Select Turbo VPN.
To see a list of all of your charges from the Google Store:
- Visit pay.google.com/.
- Sign in to your Google Account.
- On the left, click Subscriptions and services.
- Click View purchases.
