User ID is a unique identifier assigned to you by Turbo VPN when you register for the service. This unique identifier, without reference to other data, identifies you through your device identification code. The purpose of the unique identifier is for us to determine the level of service you have signed up for before we establish your Turbo VPN connection.
Kindly refer to the below on how to find your userID:
iOS Device:
Tap the Menu on top left corner > Go to "User ID"
Then, copy the User ID
Android Device:
Tap the Menu on top left corner > Select "User ID" > Copy
Mac Device:
Tap the Menu on the top left corner > Select "My Devices"
Then, copy the UserID
Window Device:
Latest Version: Go to "Setting" and double click the word "Version". Then, the User ID will appear
Old Version: Double click the "Rabbit" logo on top left corner and the User ID will appear
